About the job Remote Recruiting Coordinator
Walbunn Tech Pro LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Remote Recruiting Coordinator to support recruiting and talent acquisition activities. The Recruiting Coordinator will assist with candidate scheduling, interview coordination, applicant communications, recruiting administration, and hiring process support.
This role serves as an important point of contact between candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders while helping ensure a professional and efficient recruitment experience.
Essential Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews with hiring managers and team members.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview logistics, scheduling updates, and hiring process information.
- Maintain accurate applicant records within applicant tracking systems and recruiting databases.
- Assist with job posting administration across approved recruitment platforms.
- Track candidate progress throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Support recruiting teams with interview scheduling, calendar management, and hiring coordination.
- Prepare recruitment reports and hiring activity summaries.
- Ensure recruiting documentation remains organized and up to date.
- Assist with onboarding coordination for newly hired employees.
- Respond to candidate inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Support compliance with company recruiting procedures and applicable employment regulations.
- Perform additional recruiting and administrative duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of administrative, customer service, recruiting support, human resources, or related experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting recruitment, talent acquisition, human resources, or staffing functions.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
- Experience scheduling interviews and coordinating multiple calendars.
- Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment.
Work Environment
This is a fully remote position. Employees are expected to maintain a professional home office environment and reliable internet access necessary to perform job responsibilities and participate in virtual meetings.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work at a computer for extended periods.
- Ability to communicate effectively through email, telephone, and video conferencing platforms.
- Ability to perform standard administrative and coordination tasks.
