Walbunn Tech Pro LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Executive Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to company leadership. This position is responsible for managing schedules, coordinating communications, organizing business activities, preparing reports, and assisting with day-to-day executive functions.

The ideal candidate possesses excellent organizational skills, strong written and verbal communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, appointments, and scheduling activities.
  • Coordinate virtual meetings, conference calls, and business events.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting materials.
  • Monitor and organize executive email communications and follow-up actions.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and business documentation.
  • Assist with project tracking and administrative coordination.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itinerary planning when required.
  • Support internal communication between departments and stakeholders.
  • Conduct basic research and compile information for executive review.
  • Track deadlines, action items, and business priorities.
  • Assist with process improvement and administrative efficiency initiatives.
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative, executive support, office management, or related experience preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting executives, senior managers, or business leadership.
  • Experience using scheduling, project management, or collaboration software.
  • Familiarity with remote business operations and virtual communication platforms.

Work Environment

This position is fully remote. Employees must maintain a professional workspace and reliable internet connectivity sufficient to perform job duties and participate in virtual meetings.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to work at a computer for extended periods.
  • Ability to communicate effectively through email, phone, and video conferencing platforms.
  • Ability to perform routine office and administrative tasks.
