About the role

You will help support the delivery of technology and infrastructure projects within a large, fast-paced organisation. Working alongside project managers and delivery teams, you'll help keep projects organised, documented, and moving forward.

Key responsibilities

  • Support project delivery through scheduling and coordination
  • Track milestones, risks, and actions across multiple workstreams
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports
  • Coordinate meetings, updates, and follow-ups
  • Liaise with internal teams and key stakeholders

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in project support or project administration
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good attention to detail and document control capability
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office and business systems
  • Organised, collaborative, and proactive working style
