About the role
You will help support the delivery of technology and infrastructure projects within a large, fast-paced organisation. Working alongside project managers and delivery teams, you'll help keep projects organised, documented, and moving forward.
Key responsibilities
- Support project delivery through scheduling and coordination
- Track milestones, risks, and actions across multiple workstreams
- Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports
- Coordinate meetings, updates, and follow-ups
- Liaise with internal teams and key stakeholders
Skills & Experience
- Experience in project support or project administration
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good attention to detail and document control capability
- Confident user of Microsoft Office and business systems
- Organised, collaborative, and proactive working style
