Summary
Were looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own the engine that turns product value into market impact. This role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and Product. Responsible for positioning, messaging, sales enablement, and go-to-market execution.
This isnt about writing vague taglines. Youll be the translator between product and the market, shaping how studios understand Why Walla and equipping sales with the stories, tools, and proof they need to win more often against our competitors.
As Walla grows, differentiation becomes critical. Studios have choices, and our success depends on showing up with a clear, confident story that connects to their needs.
We need someone dedicated to shaping how Walla shows up in the market and ensuring every launch lands, every campaign has a strong message and every sales conversation starts with clarity. This role formalizes whats been happening and builds a repeatable GTM playbook.
What You'll Be Doing
Messaging & Positioning:
- Own the Why Walla narrative and ensure it shows up everywhere: website, SDR scripts, ads, demos.
- Build persona-driven messaging for studio owners, instructors, and consultants.
Sales Enablement:
- Create competitive battlecards, ROI calculators, one-pagers, and pitch decks.
- Lead monthly enablement sessions with SDRs and AEs.
- Maintain a central sales asset library.
Conversion Assets:
- Produce post-demo kits (recap decks, customer proof, ROI stats).
- Develop customer stories in multiple formats (video case studies, written success stories).
- Optimize messaging on conversion paths (demo CTAs, landing pages).
Market Intelligence:
- Track competitor pricing, updates, and positioning.
- Run 5-10 customer interviews per quarter to uncover buying drivers.
- Share insights via a monthly Market Pulse brief for sales + leadership.
Launches & Campaigns:
- Partner with Product and Growth Marketing to lead GTM for feature launches.
- Ensure launches hit on time with complete campaign support (site, email, sales tools).
KPIs You'll Own
- Demo Opportunity Conversion Optimization
- Time-to-Close: Reduce average cycle with sales enablement.
- Increasing Competitive Win Rate
- Content Production: Customer case studies, insight report, and enablement assets
Who You Are
- 5 - 7 years in B2B SaaS product marketing (ideally SMB focus).
- Strong background in positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation.
- Experience creating high-impact sales enablement tools and driving adoption.
- Analytical and insight-drivenable to connect customer interviews and competitor research to GTM strategy.
- Highly collaborative with Sales, Product, and Marketing.
- Hands-on creator whos not afraid to roll up sleeves whether drafting messaging, producing a deck, or running a customer interview.
Bonus Points
- Experience in fitness, wellness, or vertical SaaS markets.
- Track record improving demo opp conversion and shortening sales cycles.
- Familiarity with PLG or hybrid sales motions.
- Comfortable producing video-based case studies and testimonials.
