Our client, an AI-driven software development firm, is seeking a Head of Marketing to join its founding team and transform early traction into dominant category leadership. This is a rare opportunity to define a new market category at the intersection of AI, developer tools, and document processing.

What Were Looking For

Were seeking a hands-on, creative marketing leader (5 to10 years of experience) who has operated in high-growth dev tool startups ($120M ARR). You're equal parts strategist and executor someone who thrives on experimentation, storytelling, and growth.

What You'll Do

  • Launch bold, creative campaigns that cut through the noise from viral content to executive events and brand activations
  • Craft compelling, developer-focused content: deep dives, case studies, and demos that truly resonate
  • Own and optimize SEO, GEO, and social funnels, testing relentlessly to scale what works
  • Partner directly with the founding team to define a category and position the company as the go-to brand in AI-driven document processing
  • Lead product marketing, creating powerful positioning, messaging, and sales collateral
  • Operate as an individual contributor initially, executing the playbook before building and leading your team

What You Bring

  • 5 to10 years in marketing leadership, ideally at Series A/B dev tool startups
  • Proven success scaling technical products to millions of users
  • Deep expertise in SEO, content, inbound, and demand generation
  • Experience with marketing automation, data enrichment, and A/B testing tools
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into accessible, high-impact stories
  • Founder mindset: resourceful, experimental, and willing to get your hands dirty
  • (Bonus) Background from a top-tier university
