Strategy and Operations Lead
Job Description:
Our client, a fast-growing AI platform that builds and deploys intelligent workers to automate communication, is seeking a Strategy & Operations Lead to help design and scale the internal systems that power its rapid growth.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a sharp, resourceful operator who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves solving operational challenges, and takes full ownership from day one.
What You'll Do
- Optimize Processes: Identify inefficiencies and build scalable systems across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering.
- Drive Execution: Lead key cross-functional initiatives that improve how teams operate and deliver impact.
- Manage Tools & Systems: Evaluate and implement internal tools that enhance collaboration and productivity.
- Plan & Report: Support company planning cycles, track progress against OKRs, and ensure organizational alignment.
- Document & Enable: Develop internal documentation, playbooks, and training materials to support operational excellence.
- Connect Teams: Act as the glue between departments, removing roadblocks and ensuring speed and clarity across the organization.
Who You Are
- 3 to 6 years of experience, ideally as a former consultant turned startup operator
- Background in management consulting (required); startup operations or other high-intensity environments preferred
- Graduate of a top 25 university (a plus, not required)
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and process-driven, you enjoy being in the weeds and improving unglamorous but critical systems
- Hungry, scrappy, and resilient, able to thrive in ambiguity and move fast with limited resources
- Ambitious and ready to step into a Head of Operations role within a year
