Our client, an early-stage healthcare startup, is seeking a Founding Marketing & Growth professional to build and scale their direct-to-consumer business from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to join as the first full-time marketing hire, working directly with the CEO and a fractional marketing team to shape growth strategy, execute campaigns, and define the patient experience.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role that spans marketing, growth, partnerships, and customer experience. Youll take ownership of driving patient acquisition, retention, and engagement while building scalable systems for growth and collaboration with healthcare partners.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute SEO/GEO strategies to drive inbound traffic
  • Manage and grow organic social media channels with engaging content (video + static)
  • Create high-performing paid social ad content and collaborate on campaign optimization
  • Build referral, email, and lifecycle marketing programs to improve retention
  • Automate outreach to influencers and partners to scale creative content and collaborations
  • Support healthcare provider partnerships to drive patient referrals and new partner acquisition
  • Design and A/B test landing pages to improve conversion rates
  • Use AI tools to enhance content generation, workflows, and automation
  • Continuously ideate, test, and iterate on new customer acquisition strategies

Who You Are

  • 2+ years in full-stack marketing, ideally in a high-growth or early-stage startup
  • Experience in healthcare, wellness, or consumer tech (B2C) preferred
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality work quickly and creatively
  • Strong storytelling, content creation, and communication skills
  • Data-driven mindset with comfort in analytics, dashboards, and experimentation
  • A self-starter who thrives on autonomy and takes ownership from concept to execution
  • Fearless, resourceful, and energized by the challenge of building from 0 1

  • Experience scaling a B2C product from 0 to 1
  • Background in health & wellness
  • Previous founder or high-growth startup experience
