As a Senior Consultant in our Risk Advisory Services team, you'll be a trusted advisor to clients navigating complex governance, risk, and compliance challenges. This role blends technical expertise with leadership and client engagement, giving you the opportunity to manage diverse projects, mentor junior team members, and deliver insights that make a real impact.

You'll lead internal audit and risk advisory engagements from planning through to reporting, working closely with senior stakeholders and contributing to strategic solutions. Beyond the technical work, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our division by sharing knowledge, driving innovation, and supporting business development initiatives.

In this role you will:

Manage multiple internal audits and risk advisory engagements, including planning, fieldwork, and reporting.

Guide and mentor junior team members, ensuring quality and compliance with methodology.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing practical, value-adding recommendations.

Draft clear, insightful reports and contribute to business development activities.

Stay ahead of industry trends and apply best-practice standards (GIAS, ISO 31000).

About you:

What we are looking for:

3+ years' experience in internal audit and risk advisory (Professional Services preferred).

Strong communication, report writing, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work autonomously and lead teams effectively.

Solid understanding of governance processes, internal controls, and risk management frameworks.
