£18.50 hour on days 
£24.50 hour on nights 

£34.50 hour for bank holidays and overtime

Shifts available to choose from :

6 am till 2 pm 

8 am till 4 pm

10 am till 6 pm

2 pm till 8 pm 

4 pm till 12 am

6 pm till 2 am 

10 pm till 6 am

We are looking for dependable and motivated Warehouse Operatives to join a fast-paced logistics and distribution team based in London. The Role

As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring goods are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently while maintaining high operational standards. The position involves hands-on warehouse duties and requires someone who is organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a busy setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving, unloading, and checking incoming deliveries
• Picking and packing customer orders accurately
• Preparing stock for dispatch and shipment
• Moving goods safely within the warehouse environment
• Conducting inventory checks and reporting discrepancies
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation across the warehouse
• Following all health & safety procedures and company policies
• Supporting colleagues and supervisors to meet daily targets

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is beneficial but not essential
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a physically active role
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Basic understanding of warehouse health & safety practices
• Forklift licence is advantageous but not required
