- Respond to alerts and notifications from the monitoring systems and take appropriate action.

- Communicate with healthcare professionals and patients to troubleshoot any issues with the monitoring systems.

- Maintain accurate records of system activity and patient data.

- Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues.

- Follow company protocols and procedures to ensure the security and confidentiality of patient data.

- Provide excellent customer service to healthcare professionals and patients.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent, technical or vocational training is a plus.

- Previous experience in a control room or monitoring environment is preferred.

- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.

- Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records.

- Knowledge of healthcare terminology and HIPAA regulations is a plus.
