Position: Clerk General Administration

Job Summary:

As a Clerk General Administration, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our company. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments, ensuring efficient and smooth functioning of the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence

- Maintain and update company records, including employee files and project documents

- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments

- Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and other company communications

- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory and place orders when necessary

- Assist with special projects and events as needed

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination

- Provide support to the HR department with tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records

- Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus

- 1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative role

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities

- Knowledge of real estate development and management is a plus
