Job Description
We are seeking an organized Legal Administrator to support legal operations. The role involves managing legal documents, coordinating schedules, and assisting legal professionals to ensure efficient case and administrative management.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and manage legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.
Schedule appointments, hearings, and client meetings.
Maintain case files and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Liaise with clients, courts, and internal teams.
Support billing and invoicing processes.
Ensure compliance with South African legal and labor regulations.
Minimum Requirements
Educational Qualifications
High School: National Senior Certificate (Matric/Grade 12) with passes in Mathematics and English.
Tertiary (Advantageous):
NCV Level 4 in Office Administration from an accredited TVET College.
OR National Diploma (N4-N6) in Business Management or Office Administration from a TVET College.
OR Diploma/Degree in Paralegal Studies, Law, or Business Administration from a recognized university.
Experience and Skills
0-2 years in legal administration or office support.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Additional Requirements
Valid South African drivers license (Code 8) is an advantage.
Ability to undergo vetting (citizenship, criminal, qualification checks).

Basic Salary: R216,000 per annum, subject to performance review.
