Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with coordinating and scheduling service appointments with clients
- Monitor and track inventory levels of supplies and equipment
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of necessary materials
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and deliveries
- Communicate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations
- Assist with loading and unloading of materials and equipment
- Help with maintaining a clean and organized warehouse
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times
- Other duties as assigned by the Logistics Manager
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
