General Worker

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable General Worker to assist with various tasks in our warehouse and yard. If you are physically fit, have experience in warehouse operations, and are ready to contribute to the team, we encourage you to apply.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the yard with loading and off-loading trucks and containers

• Perform housekeeping duties, including cleaning the warehouse, yard, and canteen areas

• Help with the packing of stock and organizing inventory

• Participate in stock takes and pick orders as needed

• Assist with assembling micro- and family drips

• Ensure goods are packed in their proper locations

• Follow management instructions and assist with other tasks as required

• Maintain good housekeeping on the yard and shop floor at all times

• Help with valve and filter bank assemblies

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Language: Proficient in English (Afrikaans is advantageous)

• Skills: Good written and verbal communication in English

• Prepared to perform labor-intensive work

• Valid South African drivers license and/or reliable transport

• Valid forklift license with hands-on experience

• Education: Minimum qualification of Grade 12 or equivalent

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in a yard or warehouse environment

Package & Remuneration:

• Salary: R11,500.00 per month
