Job Description

We are seeking a professional Receptionist to manage front-desk operations and provide excellent customer service. The role involves greeting visitors, handling inquiries, and supporting administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff.

  • Manage incoming calls and direct inquiries.

  • Handle bookings, appointments, and meeting room schedules.

  • Perform basic administrative tasks (e.g., data entry, filing).

  • Maintain a tidy and professional reception area.

  • Ensure compliance with South African labor regulations.

Minimum Requirements

Educational Qualifications

  • High School: National Senior Certificate (Matric/Grade 12) with passes in Mathematics and English.

  • Tertiary (Advantageous):

    • NCV Level 4 in Office Administration from an accredited TVET College.

    • OR National Diploma (N4-N6) in Office Administration or Business Management from a TVET College.

    • OR Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or Office Management from a recognized university.

Experience and Skills

  • 0-2 years in reception or customer-facing roles.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and professional demeanor.

Additional Requirements

  • Ability to undergo vetting (citizenship, criminal, qualification checks).

Package and Benefits

  • Basic Salary: R180,000 per annum, subject to performance review.
