Job Description
We are seeking a professional Receptionist to manage front-desk operations and provide excellent customer service. The role involves greeting visitors, handling inquiries, and supporting administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff.
Manage incoming calls and direct inquiries.
Handle bookings, appointments, and meeting room schedules.
Perform basic administrative tasks (e.g., data entry, filing).
Maintain a tidy and professional reception area.
Ensure compliance with South African labor regulations.
Minimum Requirements
Educational Qualifications
High School: National Senior Certificate (Matric/Grade 12) with passes in Mathematics and English.
Tertiary (Advantageous):
NCV Level 4 in Office Administration from an accredited TVET College.
OR National Diploma (N4-N6) in Office Administration or Business Management from a TVET College.
OR Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or Office Management from a recognized university.
Experience and Skills
0-2 years in reception or customer-facing roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and professional demeanor.
Additional Requirements
Ability to undergo vetting (citizenship, criminal, qualification checks).
