We are seeking a meticulous and organized Admin Assistant to manage and maintain our filing systems. The ideal candidate will ensure that all documents are accurately filed, easily accessible, and handled with confidentiality.​

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain both electronic and physical filing systems.

  • Organize and archive documents in compliance with company policies.

  • Retrieve documents promptly upon request.

  • Assist with general administrative tasks, including photocopying, scanning, and data entry.

  • Ensure the security and confidentiality of all records.

  • Coordinate with various departments to manage document flow.

  • Perform regular audits to ensure filing systems are up-to-date.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.

  • Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is advantageous.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.​
