We are seeking a meticulous and organized Admin Assistant to manage and maintain our filing systems. The ideal candidate will ensure that all documents are accurately filed, easily accessible, and handled with confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain both electronic and physical filing systems.

Organize and archive documents in compliance with company policies.

Retrieve documents promptly upon request.

Assist with general administrative tasks, including photocopying, scanning, and data entry.

Ensure the security and confidentiality of all records.

Coordinate with various departments to manage document flow.

Perform regular audits to ensure filing systems are up-to-date.
Requirements:

Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.

Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is advantageous.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
