Position: Courier Driver Code 10

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Courier Driver with a Code 10 license to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of goods to our clients while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Safely and efficiently operate a company vehicle to deliver goods to designated locations

- Plan and organize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient delivery

- Load and unload goods from the vehicle in a safe and organized manner

- Ensure all delivery documents are accurate and complete

- Communicate with clients to confirm delivery details and address any concerns or issues

- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, both inside and out

- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while on the road

- Report any vehicle maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate department

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, representing the company in a professional manner at all times

Qualifications:

- Valid Code 10 driver's license

- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Courier Driver

- Clean driving record

- Excellent time management and organizational skills

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy goods

- Knowledge of local roads and traffic laws

- High school diploma or equivalent
