Position: IT Technician

We are currently seeking an experienced IT Technician to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining our company's IT infrastructure and ensuring that our systems are running smoothly at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems, including servers, workstations, and networking equipment

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, both remotely and on-site, in a timely and efficient manner

- Monitor system performance and perform regular maintenance tasks to ensure optimal functioning

- Provide technical support to employees and assist with any IT-related inquiries or problems

- Manage user accounts and access permissions to ensure data security and privacy

- Collaborate with other team members to implement new technologies and upgrades

- Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in IT and make recommendations for improvements to our systems and processes

- Create and maintain documentation for IT procedures and processes

- Assist with IT projects and initiatives as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment

- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking systems

- Proficiency in Windows and Mac operating systems

- Experience with virtualization and cloud computing is a plus

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
