Position: Transport Clerk

Position Overview:

As a Transport Clerk, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the transportation of medical supplies and equipment to our patients. This is a full-time, remote position that requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and schedule the delivery of medical supplies and equipment to patients' homes

- Communicate with patients and healthcare professionals to ensure timely and accurate delivery

- Track and maintain inventory levels of medical supplies and equipment

- Work closely with the logistics team to optimize delivery routes and reduce transportation costs

- Monitor and report on transportation expenses and identify areas for cost savings

- Ensure all transportation activities comply with company policies and procedures

- Maintain accurate records of transportation activities and update relevant databases

- Handle any transportation-related issues or delays in a timely and efficient manner

- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth and efficient transportation operations

- Continuously seek ways to improve transportation processes and procedures

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain management is preferred

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of medical supplies and equipment is a plus
