• Working with the program lead and core team to co-lead the development of the program strategy in order to drive the program through each milestone.
• Overseeing program management activities such as decision-making, planning, monitoring, and reporting.
• Strong cross-functional communication is achieved by establishing working relationships throughout the organisation.

Profile

• Scientific degree or any related discipline.
• Professional experience in managing programs focused on early development in the biotechnology / pharmaceutical industry
• Excellent communication skills and leading complex cross-functional program teams in a matrix environment.
