We are looking for a Chief of Staff to join our growing team and work directly with the CEO and senior leadership to ensure organizational focus, alignment, and execution across strategic initiatives.
About the Role
The Chief of Staff will act as a trusted partner to the CEO, ensuring that strategic projects, people operations, and key business functions move forward efficiently and in alignment with GoEdens vision, mission, values, and principles (VMVP).
Youll bring structure, momentum, and clarity to our operations from project managing commercialization initiatives to supporting team growth and organizational effectiveness.
You are required to work at the office in Tarlac City.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Management

Oversee and manage key initiatives related to C2C (Crop-to-Community) commercialization until all positions for the function are filled.

Drive timely and efficient delivery of C2C project timelines and milestones.

Provide strategic support to improve and scale customer acquisition processes.

Track progress, flag risks, and ensure cross-functional accountability for deliverables.
2. HR and People Operations

Support the recruitment and onboarding of new hires for key GoEden roles, ensuring strong fit and alignment with GoEdens mission and values.
Ensure clarity and operational consistency in job descriptions and employee handbook sections,.

Provide support in employee onboarding and probationary evaluation reviews

Help design people processes that balance structure and agility as the organization scales.
3. Communication and Coordination

Organize and coordinate key internal and external meetings, e.g. investor update meetings

Prepare agendas, track follow-ups, and ensure clear communication loops.

Serve as a central point of coordination between teams, ensuring that information flows efficiently and decisions are documented.
4. Regulatory Compliance

Serve as ad interim Compliance Officer, ensuring timely submission, renewal, and tracking of applications and requirements across both C2C and B2C operations.

Liaise with relevant government agencies and regulatory partners to maintain operational compliance.
What We're Looking For
1. Education & Credentials
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a strategic operations, HR, or project management role ideally within a scaling organization, startup, or mission-driven company.

Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and deliver results against tight timelines.

Strong communication and documentation skills, able to translate complex issues into clear action plans.

Experience with organizational design, talent development, or regulatory compliance is a plus.

High proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Notion,or similar project management platforms.
