This position requires a strategic thinker who can both build comprehensive marketing strategies and drive hands-on execution to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy Development

  • Create and implement a comprehensive growth marketing strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Develop multi-channel acquisition frameworks to drive customer growth across our marketplace
  • Design and optimize conversion funnels for both healthcare consumers and B2B clients
  • Establish clear KPIs and growth metrics for all marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify new market opportunities and growth levers

Campaign Execution

  • Lead end-to-end execution of growth campaigns across digital channels
  • Oversee paid acquisition efforts including SEM, social media advertising, and display networks
  • Implement and optimize SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and conversions
  • Design and execute email marketing programs to nurture leads and retain customers
  • Manage performance marketing budget to maximize ROI and customer acquisition efficiency

Analytics & Optimization

  • Build robust tracking and attribution systems to measure marketing performance
  • Conduct regular A/B testing to optimize landing pages, user flows, and messaging
  • Analyze user behavior data to identify opportunities for conversion improvement
  • Prepare detailed performance reports with actionable insights for stakeholders
  • Continuously refine marketing strategies based on performance analytics
    

Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of growth marketing experience with demonstrable results in scaling digital businesses
  • Proven track record in ecommerce marketing with experience in customer acquisition and retention
  • Experience with healthcare or marketplace business models preferred
  • Background in developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies
  • History of managing substantial marketing budgets with positive ROI

Skills

  • Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in marketing analytics tools and attribution modeling
  • Expert in performance marketing channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM systems, and email marketing platforms
