Overview

At Hati Health, we're looking for an experienced Sales & Business Development Manager to drive growth across our family health marketplace. This role will focus on two key areas: expanding our B2B employer benefits business and onboarding new healthcare providers to our marketplace platform. As a fast-growing family health marketplace, we need someone who can build strategic relationships and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow our B2B employer benefits business line
  • Identify and onboard new healthcare providers and clinics to expand our marketplace supply
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, outreach, and networking
  • Create compelling proposals and conduct effective sales presentations to potential clients
  • Negotiate and close contracts with employers and healthcare providers

Client Management

  • Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at employer organizations
  • Work closely with healthcare providers to ensure successful onboarding to our marketplace
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts

Sales Performance

  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Track, analyze, and report on sales metrics and activities
  • Collaborate with marketing team to develop effective sales materials and campaigns
  • Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to inform business strategy

Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred. Sales training is a plus
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in healthcare, benefits, or marketplace sectors
  • Experience selling to HR departments and benefits decision-makers

Skills

  • Background in provider/clinic relationship management is a significant plus
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools
  • Ability to understand complex healthcare products and explain them simply
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills

Work Arrangement

This position is available as full-time, with hybrid work arrangement.
