AI Automation Specialist

This is a hands-on builder role for someone who understands both AI capabilities and real operational workflows.

Our client is building a high-volume, automation-first media and publishing operation and is looking for an AI Automation Specialist to design, build, and maintain intelligent systems that remove manual work, reduce errors, and significantly increase execution speed across the company.

Responsibilities: 

• Design and implement AI-driven workflows for content, analytics, QA, and operations
• Automate repetitive, high-volume processes using AI tools, scripts, and integrations
• Build systems that connect platforms via APIs, webhooks, and structured data flows
• Reduce manual work, error rates, and execution time across teams
• Automate data ingestion, transformation, and validation (Sheets, BigQuery, APIs)
• Build anomaly detection, alerts, and performance monitoring systems
• Support analytics workflows with Python scripts and AI-assisted analysis
• Ensure clean, reliable, automation-ready data pipelines
• Build automated QA checks for links, UTMs, formatting, and content structure
• Support newsletter and broadcast teams with pre-send validation tools
• Implement AI-assisted content checks, summaries, and optimization workflows
• Support Technical Operations with automation around account setup, domains, and templates
• Build scripts and tools that standardize setups and reduce operational risk
• Document systems clearly so they can be scaled and maintained

Requirements:

• 4+ years in automation, technical operations, data engineering, or similar roles
• Strong systems-thinking and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to translate messy, manual processes into clean, automated systems
• High ownership, autonomy, and execution discipline
• English level: C1+
