An Asset Management Business Development Lead is required for a leading global centralized digital asset platform, based in Hong Kong.

This role focuses on expanding institutional and private wealth relationships across Family Offices, High Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs), and VIP investors, supporting the growth of structured and compliant digital asset investment offerings.

The role is ideal for professionals with a strong wealth / asset management or institutional sales background, an established private wealth network in Hong Kong, and the ability to communicate digital asset investment products with clarity and trust.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and onboard Family Offices, HNWIs, and VIP clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term, high-touch client relationships to drive recurring investment flows.
  • Provide white-glove relationship management as the primary contact for VIP investors.
  • Promote and position asset management and digital wealth products, including: structured investment products, staking solutions, yield and portfolio management offerings
  • Educate traditional investors on digital asset opportunities, risk frameworks, and portfolio use cases.
  • Develop and execute Hong Kong focused business development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Build and manage a strong institutional and VIP investor pipeline.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across product, marketing, operations, and compliance.
  • Share market, client, and competitive insights with senior stakeholders.
  • Monitor regulatory developments, competitor activity, and global digital asset trends.

Requirements:

  • 5-8+ years of experience in business development, institutional sales, private banking, or asset / wealth management.
  • Proven experience working with Family Offices, HNWIs, ultra-affluent investors, or VIP portfolios.
  • Strong network within Hong Kongs private wealth ecosystem (highly preferred).
  • Strong understanding of traditional financial products and wealth management frameworks.
  • Working knowledge of digital asset investment products.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex products to non-crypto investors.
  • Strategic mindset with strong execution and ownership
