We are seeking a Head of Growth Operations (East Asia) to lead user growth, campaign execution, and channel operations across key East Asian markets within a fast-growing Web3 and digital assets environment.
This role focuses on scaling user acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-driven campaigns, channel expansion, and deep understanding of user behavior.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel growth campaigns, including online and offline events, community initiatives, and content-driven activities.
- Own campaign performance tracking, budget management, and continuous optimization of user experience and conversion.
- Expand and manage regional growth channels, including KOL partnerships and community network development.
- Design and execute channel operations to drive new user acquisition, activation, and transaction conversion.
- Analyze channel-level retention and transaction data to optimize resource allocation and improve overall efficiency.
- Develop and execute user growth strategies to increase engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
- Manage the full user lifecycle and collaborate with product teams to improve feature adoption and usability.
- Establish and maintain a robust data analysis framework to track operational metrics and guide decision-making.
- Continuously explore and apply new data analysis approaches to enhance growth performance.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity, translating insights into actionable operational strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or higher in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in growth, operations, or marketing roles within the internet, tech, or digital platforms sector.
- Experience working with overseas or international markets is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of social media operations, content marketing, and user growth methodologies.
- Proven ability in campaign planning, execution, and performance optimization.
- Data-driven mindset with solid analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stress-management capabilities.
- Fluency in Korean and English or Chinese and English.
