We are seeking a VIP Client Operations Manager to oversee high-value customer operations and deliver a premium, personalized service experience within a fast-growing Web3 and digital assets environment.

This role focuses on managing VIP clients, monitoring trading activity, and proactively supporting asset growth through tailored strategies and close client engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations related to VIP and high-net-worth clients.
  • Manage transaction activity, new asset listings, and asset accumulation data for major customers.
  • Provide dedicated one-to-one support for top-tier clients.
  • Match services and solutions based on individual client needs and trading behavior.
  • Monitor transaction and trading data of VIP clients.
  • Proactively suggest strategies, follow up on execution, and support implementation in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of VIP services and operational excellence.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in VIP client management or major customer operations.
  • Experience within cryptocurrency exchanges, Web3 platforms, or digital asset businesses is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Korean and English/Chinese and English for business communication.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • High responsiveness and client-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to analyze client data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
