We are seeking a Social Media Operations Specialist to drive brand growth across global platforms, strengthen community engagement, and support our marketing efforts in the Middle East and international markets. This role requires creativity, execution ability, and strong familiarity with social media culture—especially in crypto/Web3.

Key Responsibilities
  • Social Media Management
    Operate and manage company accounts on X (Twitter), Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
    Publish posts, create short-form content, maintain community activity, and execute online campaigns and Space sessions.
  • Community Engagement & User Support
    Interact with users across X, Discord, and Telegram.
    Provide basic support for user inquiries (wallet usage, product functions, general questions).
  • SEO & Content Distribution
    Regularly publish content on external platforms such as Reddit, Quora, Medium, and relevant forums.
    Implement SEO-driven approaches to improve brand visibility and organic search performance.
  • Content Creativity & Trend Tracking
    Stay updated on crypto culture, Web3 trends, and global social media formats (memes, short videos, narratives).
    Produce engaging, market-relevant content.
  • Data Monitoring & Reporting
    Track KPIs (reach, impressions, engagement, growth metrics).
    Provide internal reports for review and strategy optimization.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree required
  • Strong English communication and writing skills
  • Relevant work experience in social media operations, digital marketing, or community management
  • Familiarity with crypto/Web3 is a strong advantage (or willingness to learn quickly)
  • Ability to create original content (text, image, or video)
  • Understanding of SEO or forum-based growth methods is a plus
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, able to work independently
  • Must work on-site at DIFC, Dubai
