About the job Marketing Manager
Were searching for a driven and experienced Marketing Manager to spearhead the launch and growth of pricing co-pilot for Amazon/Shopify sellers. This role entitles building a category and empowering e-commerce sellers with cutting-edge pricing intelligence. Youll own the strategy and execution, driving user acquisition and establishing the product as the go-to solution in the market.
Working closely with the Art Director and Art Manager as well as with cross disciplinary teams. Executing to the best of your ability within a game dev environment and deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Develop & Execute GTM Strategy: Craft and implement a data-driven go-to-market strategy, encompassing product positioning, messaging, and channel mix, with a focus on early traction and rapid scaling.
- Own Performance Marketing: Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across key channels (Affiliate marketing, Google Ads, Social Media, etc.), tracking spend and optimizing for customer acquisition cost (CAC) and lifetime value (LTV).
- Content Marketing: Create high-impact content (blog posts, case studies, webinars, etc.) that educates and engages our target audience, positioning Lasker AI as the thought leader in AI-powered pricing for e-commerce.
- Community Building & Engagement: Establish a strong online presence and foster a thriving community around Lasker AI, engaging with potential customers on relevant forums, social media groups, and industry events.
- Sales & Marketing Alignment: Work closely with the sales team to develop compelling sales collateral, provide product training, and ensure seamless lead handover and conversion.
- Experiment & Iterate: Continuously test and refine marketing initiatives, analyzing data to identify growth opportunities and optimize campaign performance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B/B2C SaaS marketing, with a demonstrable track record of successfully launching and scaling new products, ideally in affiliate channels of acquisition business.
- Experience with affiliate mareking, understanding growthlooops.
- Deep understanding of paid acquisition channels (Tik-Tok, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.), with a data-driven approach to campaign management and optimization
- Excellent writing and communication skills with the ability to create engaging and informative content that resonates with target audiences.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track key metrics and measure campaign effectiveness.
- A growth-hacking and results-oriented approach to marketing, with a passion for experimentation and finding creative solutions to drive growth.
- Solid understanding of the e-commerce landscape, including key challenges and opportunities faced by Amazon and Shopify sellers.
- Experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub and marketing automation tools.
