Senior AI/ML Engineer

Were looking for a Senior to Staff-level AI/ML Engineer who can lead the design, deployment, and optimization of advanced AI systems. Youʼll be part of a distributed product team developing cutting-edge multimodal intelligence combining video understanding, generative AI, and agent coordination into one seamless ecosystem.



Responsibilities

• Design, train, and deploy LLM and CV models on AWS infrastructure.
• Implement multi-GPU distributed training and serverless AI inference pipelines.
• Build and orchestrate multi-agent systems using frameworks like LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
• Develop scalable video and image processing pipelines.
• Create efficient communication protocols for intelligent AI agents.
• Apply MLOps / LLMOps best practices to ensure stability, reproducibility, and performance.
• Collaborate with a world-class engineering team on architecture design and optimization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with strong Python skills.
• Proven experience with cloud-native AI deployments (AWS Batch, Fargate, Lambda).
• Strong understanding of computer vision and generative AI models.
• Hands-on expertise with LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or other agent orchestration tools.
• Experience with vector databases and advanced RAG / GraphRAG pipelines.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems and scalable model deployment.
