Were looking for an experienced Country Manager to strengthen market presence, expand partnerships, and support adoption across AI, governance, and RWA initiatives. Youll work closely with a global team and play a key role in building a strong ecosystem in Korea.
Responsibilities

Lead brand growth and ecosystem expansion in the Korean market.

Build and maintain partnerships with exchanges, projects, KOLs, media, communities, and institutions.

Plan and execute local marketing campaigns, AMAs, collaborations, and community engagement programs.

Drive user acquisition and ecosystem participation aligned with the global strategy.

Represent the project at Korean crypto events, meetups, AMAs, and conferences.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in crypto business development or marketing operations.

Deep understanding of the Korean crypto ecosystem and established local network (exchanges, KOLs, media, communities).

Native Korean speaker with fluent English; Chinese is a plus.

Strong self-motivation and ownership mindset; able to work independently and collaborate with global teams.
