Senior Civil Engineers (Country Wide)

Vacancy: Senior Civil Engineers
Location: Windhoek, Namibia

Reports to: Director: Civil Engineering

Windhoek Consulting Engineers (WCE) is seeking an experienced and motivated Civil Engineer to join our team in Windhoek. This role is ideal for a skilled professional who is passionate about designing and implementing civil infrastructure and building projects from inception to completion.

The successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of technically sound, cost-effective, and sustainable solutions across various civil engineering and construction projects.

• Key Responsibilities:
  Contribute to the implementation of civil engineering and building-type projects. 

• Prepare engineering designs, drawings, and technical documentation
  
  
• Supervise construction works and ensure adherence to specifications
  
  
• Undertake project management and contract administration duties
  
  
• Support the full project lifecycle from design to close-out

What We're Looking For:
Qualifications:

• BSc Civil, BEng Civil, or BTech (Civil)

• Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in a similar environment

• Registered or eligible for registration with the Engineering Council of Namibia (ECN)

• Valid driver's license

Skills & Attributes:

• Experience in the design and supervision of civil infrastructure and building projects

• Strong understanding of project management across the full lifecycle

• Proficiency in Caddie/AutoCAD and Civil Designer software

• Excellent communication, technical reporting, and computer literacy

• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
