Vacancy: Construction Project Coordinator
Location: Windhoek, Namibia
Department: Projects & Construction
Reports to: Project Manager

Windhoek Consulting Engineers (WCE) is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Construction Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3 - 5 years of experience in the construction industry and a strong background in coordinating construction projects from planning through to successful completion.

This role requires excellent report writing, communication, and scheduling abilities, with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate construction projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Develop and manage project schedules using MS Project
• Compile detailed progress reports and project documentation
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Conduct and document internal and external project meetings
• Ensure project compliance with safety and quality standards
• Oversee site inspections and monitor construction progress
• Assist with budget control and resource allocation

What Were Looking For:
Qualifications:

• 3 - 5 years experience in the construction industry

• Proven track record of construction project coordination

• Strong report writing and communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and MS Project

• Experience with RIB CCS (Candy) is a strong advantage
