The Role
We are looking for a high-energy Customer Support Specialist for the Spanish-speaking markets to join our Customer Success Department. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will:
- Provide incredible support to the clients by showing great reactivity in solving accounting-related questions they may have
- Educate users on how to manage their business better with all the tools that Holded offers
- Proactively identify issues before arising
- Working cross-functionally with the Sales and Product teams.
- Keeping track of clients' feedback and suggesting improvements.
- Ensure that best-in-class service is given to customers
- A passion for teamwork and collaboration - youll be working with multiple teams on a regular basis and will help to build the Customer Success brand across our entire organization.
By joining us, you will work in one of the most important areas of the company. As a self-service product, the CS strategy has a huge impact on how the users onboard the product and bring more value to our users.
Job requirements
About you
- You are a Spanish native speaker but fluent in English
- You have a Bachelor's Degree (Business Administration or similar)
- You have a strong knowledge of accounting and/or finance
- You have a proactive attitude
- You are a Digital Native
- You are able to learn quickly about various topics
Extra awesome
- You have experience working as an Accountant and/or in a Big 4 or similar
- You have experience working in a SaaS company
- You are able to multitask
- You are a friendly and social person
