Responsibilities

  • Being a leader of scrum teams as a Product Owner
  • Providing short-term vision, long-term vision, growth opportunities and direction to the agile development team and stakeholders.
  • Giving guidance and providing roadmap of the assigned IT product to stakeholders.
  • Ensure the team is equipped with a sufficient number of well-prepared tasks to facilitate efficient workflow.
  • Plan and prioritize the product feature backlog and develop the product
  • Assess value, develop user stories and requirements, prioritize stories, epics, and themes aligned with the product strategy.
  • Providing effective backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of user stories.
  • Work closely with PM,HOP and stakeholder to maintain a product backlog regarding business value and ROI.
  • As a leader, a product owner has to set strategy for the product release planning and set expectations for the delivery of new functionalities.
  • Actively participate in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals.
  • Conduct market research and analyze the market, user needs, and product roadmap.
  • Keep tracking on competitors and industry trends to stay informed and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Provide ideas and solutions to address existing customer problems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver business value and innovative solutions.
  • Experience in ordering and receiving platform.
  • Be able to keep track on Inventory.
  • Resource Managing
  • Be able to Deliver Logistic Solutions
  • Work closely with HOP regarding the logistics aspect

Requirements to fit in this role

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience working as a Product OwnerBusiness Analyst, Product Analyst, or Application Support.
  • Strong business analysis and software development skills.
  • Ability to hands-on manage and triage multiple parallel priorities.
  • Ability to effectively and proactively interact and communicate with senior management, internal departments, clients, and vendors.
  • Fast learner with good negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong verbal and written (Thai and English) communication skills.
  • General retail and ecommerce industry background and knowledge is preferable but not required.
