Director - IT Transformation (Management Consulting)

We Supply Talent is partnered with a niche management consulting client on a key strategic requisite for their major market expansion, involving the introduction of new service lines & industry segmentations.

You will lead exciting client transformation programs across multiple business units acting as the project lead for both client side and management of project consultants.

You will sell and drive solutions with unique ability to be create bespoke solutions for the client rather than work from 'best practice'. We are seeking an individual with a strategic long-term mindset, strong consulting fundamentals and ability to work cross-industry and influence key stakeholders.

Your Impact:

• Be a pioneer and lead the business development strategy, working with other leaders and country partner to leverage clients and solutions
• Scale the team from day one including working with recruitment partners to identify the right skillsets and characters
• Contribute to the management meetings and positively influence the overall business
• Work with clients gathering and analyzing the information then formulating solutions, proposing recommendations to the management and communicate the direction to stakeholders 
• Oversee the overall project activities, controlling needs, schedule, cost and quality
• Facilitate stand-ups, workshops, decision making and conflict resolution with clients

Your Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of IT project management experience in delivering management consulting/strategic transformation
• Management consultant with experience delivering solutions such as; IT Strategic Roadmap, IT Organization design & Transformation, Strategic ERP Planning, CIO Advisory, Data Visualization Solutions
• Proficiency in English & Thai with an understanding of Thai work culture and business ethics would be an advantage
• Bachelor/Master degree in computer science, engineering, technology or business fields are preferred. Others may be accepted depending on work experience
• Leading multiple projects across multiple clients, quality and timeline accountability
