Deployment Lead - Oracle (ERP & HRMS )

Responsibilities:

• Develop integration architecture guiding principles and approach based on integration requirements.
• Collaborate with application architects and leads to create a high-level design for end-to-end integration, including data flow and data object modeling.
• Analyze use cases to identify additional integration requirements.
• Create an inventory of cross-application interactions and interfaces.
• Engage with clients and legacy system owners to design a coherent integration solution.
• Manage timelines, escalate risks, and ensure alignment of stakeholders.
• Participate in Application Design sessions to promote cross-team collaboration.
• Assist the Integration Build team in addressing design issues and risks.
• Assess the impact of integration requirements on the technical architecture and specify integration service requirements.
• Validate integration tech solutions for alignment with project scope and consistency.
• Lead the team for data migration and technical data reconciliation.
• Create a project plan for the migration process, including risk assessment and impact mapping.
• Audit existing data and cleanse data as necessary.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with various teams, including the functional team, migration team, and clients.

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in ERP implementation projects, with a focus on data migration.
• Experience with Oracle ERP is highly advantageous.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent data management and cleansing capabilities.
• Effective coordination and communication skills with diverse teams.
