Senior Manager - Plant Process Improvement

Utilizing the use of advanced production & manufacturing technology, they have stayed ahead and successfully delivered their goals despite the Covid-19 pandemic.

Due to the mass expansion of their manufacturing facilities in the APAC region, they are now seeking the next superstar who will drive quality and productivity through continuous improvement to service their global consumer base within the fast-paced manufacturing world.

We are currently looking for a Plant Process Improvement expert who will work with a strong team of talented individuals and deliver production excellence.

In this position, you will be expected to drive continuous improvement, deploy best practices across production units, and lead and manage a small team of production engineers and tooling experts.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience leading production projects as listed and be passionate about working on end-to-end transformation.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement process in productivity and quality
• Collaborate and advocate cross-functionally on strategic initiatives involving continuous improvement
• Coordinate and deliver multiple transformational projects for multiple production leaders within the business
• Collect, analyze, identify issues, and initiate solutions related to production excellence
• Identify and address gaps/improvement opportunities
• Oversees, implements, and maintains production procedures, guidelines, and best practices

Qualifications

Academic Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities

Functional Competency: Strong knowledge of mass manufacturing-related activities particularly in fast-changing surroundings

Experience: The chosen candidate will have direct experience in manufacturing, having experience in process engineering, continuous improvement, or having work experience in project management related to manufacturing is desirable. Able to communicate easily with Thai and foreign stakeholders.
