Human Capital Management Consultant (Manager/Senior Manager)

Our client is a boutique management consultancy that spearheads business transformation within the FMCG, Automotive, and Manufacturing fields across several countries globally. Utilizing advanced methodology, they offer innovative and high-quality consulting services to lead the client's business values.

They are now focusing on initiating the HCM business in Thailand to enable clients to resolve key business issues and challenges in the ever-changing world of human capital management.

We are currently looking for a Human Capital Management expert who will design and start up a new division consisting of strong and talented individuals to deliver key projects to the clients.

In this position, you will be expected to advise and liaise with senior stakeholders on the client side and work with other business units to generate and close incoming project leads.

The ideal candidate should have experience in human capital management as listed and be passionate about working on end-to-end projects.

Responsibilities

• Take the initiative to design, present, and propose HCM solutions to the clients provided by the firm
• Coordinate and deliver multiple people management projects
• Collect, analyze, identify issues, and initiate solutions related to human resources management
• Collaborate and advocate cross-functionally on human resources transformation

Qualifications

Academic Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in human resources or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities

Functional Competency: Strong knowledge of human capital management-related activities particularly in fast-changing surroundings

Experience: The chosen candidate will have direct experience in human resources consulting, having experience in project management, business process, or having work experience in management consultancy related to human capital management is desirable. Able to communicate easily with Thai and foreign stakeholders.
