Our client is a global leader in Agricultural Technology (Agri-Tech) developer, aiming to create a digital platform in the food production and distribution process, to elevate working standards of farmers, customers, and business partners to grow together sustainably. They are creating new standards for better living for every life. All of production processes can be traced back to assure Quality food from the kitchen of the world for better health and life quality of everyone.

Currently, we are looking for a Agile Coach, to join the Strategy team. This position will not just stop as a Coach, but the challenging area is Transformation.

Responsibilities:

• Work with project teams to analyze current systems and processes and work as the member of strategy team to design a strategy for the adoption of agile best practices.
• Guide teams to help them stay on track with Agile techniques, fine-tuning approaches as needed to ensure the overall strategy is being met.
• Guide Agile workshops for both UX/UI and development teams, as well as key stakeholders.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, setting goals and milestones with teams.
• Drive cultural change by supporting an Agile mindset and ensure the organization is at the forefront of industry.

Qualifications:

• Thai Nationality
• 5 years of experience as an Agile Coach role.
• Should process a minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum master role.
• Minimum 3 years of experience within Project Management.
• Certification from scrum.org or scrumalliance.org is advantage.
• Good knowledge of several Agile Framework and related methodology such as Scrum, XP, Kanban, etc.
• Understanding of software engineering practices such DevOps, CI/CD, TDD, Test First Development, Pair Programming.
• Has proven experience leading software development or transforming development team to Scrum/Agile.
• Experience in flight levels, lean startup or design thinking is a plus.
• Experience in Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence is a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, mentoring skills and leadership skills.
