About the job Regional Sales Manager - SEA
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive sales of specialist outdoor furniture products in SEA, with a focus on selling to senior stakeholders in the design and hospitality industries.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of people and clients needs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy for outdoor furniture in Asia, with a focus on design and hospitality industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and senior stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop a pipeline of potential clients through market research and networking.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product development and marketing initiatives align with customer needs and market trends.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in sales and business development in the design and hospitality industries, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior sales role.
- Experience selling outdoor furniture products preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout the region.
The successful candidate will be required to frequently travel across Asia with all related expenses paid for whilst receiving a highly competitive remuneration package, including a base salary, performance-based bonus, health insurance, and other benefits.
