Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead collaborative efforts with developers to understand software constraints, developing and communicating system designs, functional specifications, and architectural blueprints.
• Mentor and motivate junior team members, offering constructive feedback during solution development and design processes.
• Ensure adherence to industry-best technology standards and practices.
• Play a pivotal role in verifying the thoroughness of technical requirements and functional architecture analysis for the implementation of impactful system solutions.
• Provide valuable support to developers, including use cases, flowcharts, and requirement validation.
• Validate testing outcomes and facilitate issue resolution to align solutions with business requirements.
• Collaborate with deployment operations and IT security teams, configuring essential infrastructure elements to support successful implementation.
• Act as a catalyst for knowledge transfer, coaching and empowering team members to excel.
• Offer expert guidance to junior analysts on complex assignments, encouraging the reuse of requirements across projects.
• Stay ahead of technology trends, analyzing their impact on achieving business objectives and identifying potential challenges.
• Propose effective technical solutions and modifications to optimize system efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications:

• University degree in a relevant field (business or IT) with a strong academic track record.
• 2-5 years of experience as a System Analyst, with exposure to Business Integration and client interaction.
• Adeptness in navigating a Scrum environment, coupled with proficiency in requirements management and process modeling.
• Familiarity with diverse development methodologies, such as RUP, Kanban, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Resilience and a pragmatic approach to solving complex problems.
