Senior Product Owner

our client looking for Senior Product Owner, who will be a pioneer to shape a new customer experience path, rather than following the competition, to help deliver new products, key processes, and features that will increase growth as well as shape the right product-driven culture for the throughout the region.

Responsibilities:

• Play a critical leadership role for the product squad team, spearhead in creating vision and execution by developing the next generation of AgriTech (Agriculture + Technology) to an uplifting company to Digitalize the organization.

• Translate key customer experience and analyze the entire customer journey, define business strategy, requirements, features, and functionality, set timelines, and lead a cross-functional team through the customer journey lifecycle.

• Ideal candidates should previously have built innovative and efficient products. Must be data savvy and love crunching numbers with attention to detail and commitment to data integrity, in order to interpret an impactful story with analysis.

• Develop strategies and conceptual approaches to both internal and external parties. Be skillful to lead design teams (UX, UI) on complex projects covering promoting and support cross-disciplinary methods while maintaining the ability to develop a unique conceptual viewpoint and effectively communicate conceptual ideas and design rationale.

• You will act as a partner with local partners and peers broadly across the business unit's groups, as well as build buy-in for the vision and executing on the plan.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or higher degree in Management, Information Technology, or any related
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the relevant field of work
• Proactive solving of customer pain-point with a can-do attitude

• Strong project and people management skills. Must be able to function as a project leader as well as an individual contributor.

• Can manage multiple projects, prioritizing and delivering results under tight deadlines and pressure.

• Strong knowledge of user interface design processes and methodology, particularly as applied to both Web-based applications and Mobile applications.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills. Being able to communicate fluently in Thai and English is a plus.

• Familiar with extracting data from large databases with expertise in at least one data analysis package or dashboard/visualization

• Able to conduct statistical analysis or experimentation with a business focus e.g., emphasized users or design value proposition designed.

• Professional in Product management presentation.
