Digital Transformation Senior Manager (Business Consultancy)

We Supply Talent is partnered with a business consultancy that provides bespoke business solutions for clients across a number of industries including manufacturing, retail, consumer products and healthcare. 

Our client is a specialist business consultancy, therefore they'e seeking consultants that are adept in working with various business functions focusing on digital solution design, selling and presenting rather than focusing on delivery and implementation. 

You will be a key initiator within the consultancy firm for driving digital transformation solutions & agenda's whilst being responsible for both building the team from scratch as well as the client & project pipeline. Our client is focused on long term success with the short term goals for this person attainable and not solely focused on revenue growth or the bottom line.

Your Impact:

• Be a pioneer and lead the business development strategy for the service line, working with other leaders and country partners to leverage clients and solutions
• Scale the team from day one including working with recruitment partners to identify the right skillsets and characters to be part of this new consulting team
• Contribute to the management meetings and positively influence the overall business
• Work with clients gathering and analysing the information then formulating solutions, proposing recommendations to the management and communicate the direction to stakeholders
• Oversee the overall project activities, controlling needs, schedule, cost and quality
• Facilitate stand-ups, workshops, decision making and conflict resolution with clients

Your Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of working on end-to-end Digital Transformation projects
• Management consultant with experience designing & delivering solutions such as as; DX Strategic Roadmap, Advanced Technology Assessment, Strategic ERP Planning, Digital Process Automation, Production IOT, Digital Talent Development
• Proficiency in English & Thai with an understanding of Thai work culture and business ethics would be an advantage
• Bachelor/Master degree in computer science, engineering, technology or business fields are preferred. Others may be accepted depending on work experience
• Leading multiple projects across multiple clients, quality and timeline accountability
