Oracle ERP&HRMS Consultant/Manager

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and validate business requirements and functional specifications.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and ensure alignment.
• Develop comprehensive project documentation, including requirements traceability matrix, business process design, and configuration design.
• Identify potential gaps in standard product functionality and propose effective solutions, including customizations or extensions.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients/users, fostering effective communication.
• Design and develop solutions in collaboration with technical teams.
• Monitor project progress to ensure timely deliverables.
• Create and review test scenarios, scripts, test plans, and oversee their execution.
• Contribute to testing activities and produce application documentation.
• Facilitate system training for end-users.
• Engage in competency-building initiatives and internal training programs.
• Provide support for sales and proposal development, aligning standard product functionality with business requirements and suggesting appropriate customizations or extensions.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7+ years of experience in implementing complex ERP projects.
• Experience in at least 2 complete project implementation cycles.
• Preferred experience in Oracle Retail Merchandising system implementation (Experience with JDA or SAP Retail may also be considered).
• Proficiency in both Thai and English, both verbally and in writing.
