Consultant / Senior Consultant - Financial Social and Infrastructure

Role Overview: As a Consultant/Senior Consultant in Financial Infrastructure, you need to understand the business problems of clients and solve them with analytical skills, delivering potential solutions to clients through teamwork.

Responsibilities:

• Client Assessment: Assess clients to comprehend their business objectives, gather and analyze data, set assumptions, and provide recommendations
• Designing: Design processes based on objectives, key issues, and pain points to propose solutions
• Discussion: Discuss the uniqueness of clients' business and provide suitable solutions to their specific industry issues
• Management: Act as a team lead at times, developing work plans, managing resources, assignments, risks, and reporting to the project manager
• Intermediate: Coordinate between clients and the project team, lead discussions, organize opinions, and resolve conflicts
• Guiding: Encourage team members to achieve long-term goals by providing necessary knowledge and skills
• Presentation: Present discussion points and key messages to the target audience using visuals and diagrams

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in the banking industry or capital markets
• Expertise in banking and capital market business processes
• Certificate in Project Management, finance, or other related programs is a plus
• Proficient in the MS Office suite (Excel and PowerPoint), as well as research and report skills
• Strong communication skills in both Thai and English, including the ability to make presentations
• Flexible in traveling both domestically and internationally
• Confident yet humble individual with a commitment to collaborative success
