Key Responsibilities:

• Engage closely with clients and our Development team to analyze and prioritize new customer experience initiatives.
• Manage customer expectations and assist them in translating their vision into actionable projects, meeting time and budget constraints.
• Take on the role of a "product owner," guiding the project team in making informed choices that maximize project and customer success.
• Collaborate with technical teams to configure and optimize the customer experience, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Write comprehensive functional requirements using use case specifications or user stories.
• Conduct business process gap analysis and effectively manage requirement changes.
• Gather, define, and prioritize project requirements through close collaboration with clients.

Skills / Experience / Qualifications:

Desirable qualifications include:

• A university degree, preferably in a business or IT-related field, coupled with a strong academic track record.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, showcasing your expertise.
• A proven track record of thriving in client-facing positions.
• Familiarity with working within a Scrum environment.
• Experience in requirements management and process modeling.
• Knowledge of diverse development methodologies like RUP, Kanban, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
