Technical Business Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

As a Technical Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with our customers and Development team to drive the success of new customer experience initiatives. Your responsibilities include:

- Requirements Management: Gather, define, and prioritize project requirements in collaboration with clients within an Agile environment.

- Documentation: Write comprehensive functional and technical requirements using use case specifications or user stories.

- Gap Analysis: Perform business process gap analysis and effectively manage requirement changes.

- Consultative Value Addition: Bring consulting expertise to the table by providing valuable recommendations to clients.

- Collaboration with Technical Teams: Work closely with technical teams to configure and optimize the customer/user experience.

Skills / Experience / Qualification:

We are seeking candidates with the following experience and skills:

- Educational Background: University degree in business or IT-related field with a strong academic record.

- Professional Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in a similar role and 2+ years in a client-facing position, particularly within the Banking sector.

- Technical Proficiency: Ability to read Java code and conduct code reviews.

- Agile Environment: Strong business analyst experience in banking or consulting firms with exposure to Agile/scrum methodologies.

- Requirements Management: Experience in requirements management and/or process modeling.

- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Problem-Solving Skills: Perseverance and pragmatism to solve complex problems under pressure.

- Multicultural Environment: Ability to work in a multicultural and international environment.

- Business Process Expertise: Experience in business processes and forming solutions.

- Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with requirement management tools such as Jira.
