Lead Financial Transformation Initiatives: Take charge of driving financial transformation initiatives to achieve our client's strategic objectives.

Manage Cross-functional Teams: Lead and oversee cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project implementation.

Guide Financial Strategy: Provide strategic guidance on financial strategy development and execution.

Your Responsibilities: As the Financial Transformation Management Manager, your tasks will encompass:

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial analysis, financial process design, or business analysis within the field of financial management.

Skills and Traits:

• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strong analytical mindset.
• Effective presentation and communication skills to convey complex financial concepts to stakeholders.
• Competency in logical thinking, business acumen, interviewing, negotiation/influencing, team leadership, and creativity.

Financial Expertise:

• Experience with financial technologies and systems, such as ERP implementations, financial reporting tools, and budgeting software, is advantageous.
• Language skills: English (business proficiency level), Thai (proficiency level), with the ability to conduct interviews in both Thai and English.
• Proficiency in using financial software and tools.
