Position Overview:

As a Scrum Master / Project Manager, you will lead with finesse, ensuring successful project execution while adhering to Scrum methodology. Your role encompasses orchestrating Scrum ceremonies, upholding agile processes, and supporting the Product Owner in refining the Product Backlog. Your ability to analyze requirements and design optimal solutions will be pivotal in achieving project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Employ your well-honed Scrum Master skills to manage projects with finesse and structure, aligning with Scrum methodology.
• Coordinate and plan all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring the team's adherence to agile processes.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to refine the Product Backlog, enabling accurate estimation and efficient delivery.
• Analyze requirements to formulate effective solutions, maximizing efficiency and appropriateness.
• Act as the central coordinator and troubleshooter, resolving issues swiftly to maintain seamless project delivery.
• Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in platform and application development.
• Monitor team progress using backlog tracking, burndown metrics, and velocity assessments.
• Demonstrate exceptional communication and organizational skills in all interactions.

Skills / Experience / Qualifications:

• A solid 3 to 5 years of experience as a Scrum Manager in a client-facing capacity, ideally within the financial services sector.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) qualification.
• Proficiency in estimation and forecasting, contributing to project accuracy.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and adept stakeholder management, including product owners, stakeholders, and senior management.
• Demonstrated success in delivering large, complex projects.
• Exposure to customer-facing application development processes.
• Familiarity with technical project teams and consultants like Developers and Architects.
• Knowledge of quality management principles, ensuring high standards in projects, code, and product quality.
• Comfort with cutting-edge project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
